This Is Cornwall
Cornwall is unique, one of the world’s most wonderful destinations, known for its wild and rugged coast to the North and sheltered bays in the South, its wildlife, ancient heritage and tradition and our natural landscape.
At the furthest point you are never more than sixteen miles from the sea. Cornwall is full of attractions for everyone from The Minack Theatre at Porthcurno to the Hall for Cornwall in Truro, the South West coast path and its Holy Wells, Stately Homes and Pendennis Castle, landmarks like Lands End and The Lizard, The Tate Gallery at St. Ives and National Maritime Museum at Falmouth. We have over three hundred beaches with clear waters, some dog friendly all year round. Why not build sand castles, go surfing, kite flying, splash in the rock pools, kite surfing, coasteering, take a boat trip, hire a bicycle, visit a vineyard, dine in style with local produce cooked by our famous Chefs or just lay on Bodmin Moor or on the beach and let the world drift by.
We have the magical Isles of Scilly, travel by plane, helicopter or by boat the Scillonian III, from Penzance. It comprises of 150 islands but only five are inhabited. The Isles of Scilly are home to a large variety of rare plants, flowers and bird life not seen on the mainland. Expect a relaxed lifestyle as you walk on a pristine white beach or visit four castles on one island. Each island has its own character, charms and adventures.
You may like to take the ferry, The Islander, to Looe Island which is now run as a nature sanctuary by the Cornwall Wildlife Trust. This island lies about one mile off South Cornwall, is of outstanding natural beauty and has an area of 22.5 acres. Its highest point is 150 feet above sea level. The island has magnificent sea and coastal views from Prawle Point in Devon to the Lizard Peninsula. Frost and snow are virtually unknown because of its mild climate.

Religion is the foundation of values. It doesn’t matter which religion you follow, as long as your kids all share the same beliefs. Religion isn’t about being selfish, it’s about sharing. I’ve had a healthy life and it’s all due to my family beliefs.

I have discovered that wise real estate agents all around you are getting set to FSBO Promotion. They are realizing that it’s more than simply placing a poster in the front yard. It’s really concerning building connections with these traders who sooner or later will become consumers. So, if you give your time and effort to supporting these dealers go it alone – the “Law involving Reciprocity” kicks in. Interesting blog post.
Thanks for the new things you have discovered in your article. One thing I’d really like to comment on is that FSBO associations are built as time passes. By presenting yourself to owners the first weekend break their FSBO is usually announced, prior to the masses commence calling on Wednesday, you create a good interconnection. By giving them tools, educational materials, free accounts, and forms, you become a great ally. Through a personal affinity for them along with their circumstances, you develop a solid interconnection that, in many cases, pays off as soon as the owners opt with a real estate agent they know plus trust — preferably you.
